Our Goal

Our goal for fundraising is to provide YOU with a no risk fundraising program that gives you a clear cut way to raise enough money to pay for the products you want to buy for your squad. Use our fundraising program to pay for your campwear! Use our fundraising program to pay for your accessories! We hope to create a fundraising program that can raise all the money you need to buy our products.

What is different about our Fundraising Program?

We don't believe that selling chocolate or other junk food to a society struggling with 30% obesity rates is a good way to raise money. Nor do we believe that scratch cards deliver any type of satisfaction to the person scratching. We believe that the best way to raise money is by also promoting school spirit and offering high quality products people actually want to buy instead of just buying to support a cause.

How does it all work?

We offer a presales program using the actual items you wish to sell. Call or write us and we will begin the presales process. We will need the following to start making artwork for you:

School name and mascot
School colors
School website address
School logo or mascot image

We also need to know which items you wish to presell. Some of our best items for preselling are:

Spirit shirt
Drawstring bags
Slides
Lanyards
Basic flip flops
Umbrellas
Ponchos
Knitted scarves, caps and gloves
Car flags
Car Magnets
PVC key chains or bracelets
Silicone bracelets

You may pick up to 6 items total for your presales program.

After we get this information above we will create artwork for your squad in the items you have selected. We will send you a link for approving the artwork similar to the link below.

We will need you to check the artwork carefully and either approve the artwork or make corrections. If corrections are needed we will make revisions and resend for approval. Once we have the final approval from you we will send this artwork to our factory for making samples. Making samples usually takes 2-3 days. Once the factory is done making the samples they will take photos and send back to our designer. The designer will then create a customized flyer just for you. We also have templates for order forms we can send you for taking orders.

We will send you PDF versions of the flyer and the order form and then you can print these out and use them for taking orders. Once you have made all of your sales get back in touch with us and let us know how many items you have sold and we will process your order!

Please note the following:

Standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks after the order is placed.

The final prices you pay will depend on the total amount of items sold. (See our ordering info page for more information.) You need to keep in mind what the final prices you will pay when making your prices to your buyers. You can charge as much as you want on your prices to your buyers. We do not have any suggested retail prices for you. Get as much as you think you can!

Suggestions

We suggest that you look at the total number of non-fundraising items you want to get for your squad members and determine how much each member needs to raise. If each member needs $75 for campwear and you are selling drawstring bags with a $5 mark up then each squad member would need to sell 15 drawstring bags to pay for their campwear. Figure out the total amount each squad member needs for their own stuff and give them a goal on how many fundraising items they need to sell to pay for it all.

We are trying our best to develop an incentive program that the coaches can offer the kids selling merchandise to help motive them. We are willing to work with you on any ideas you may have.
